Exporting Logbooks as PDF

When a buyer, mechanic, or insurer asks for your records, you can export the whole logbook as a single PDF. It generates in the background, so you can keep using the app while a big logbook processes.

You need the Officer or Manager role to export a logbook.

1. Open a logbook.
2. Tap the three-dot menu.
3. Tap Export as PDF.
4. Tap Export in the confirmation dialog.

Large logbooks can take a few minutes. You can leave the screen and return later.

From the logbook list: Tap the download icon in the header. This shows exports for all logbooks on the aircraft.

From a logbook: Tap the three-dot menu, then View Exports. This shows exports for that logbook only. The three-dot menu needs the Officer or Manager role. Members can use the download icon instead.
